Saw 13 deer, 3 groundhogs, 3 rabbits, 1 blue heron and many red-winged black birds
We went on a bus tour to the Greektown Casino in Detroit, MI, and very close to the Canadian border. We had an older bus, with no air conditioning and it had a tendency to overheat so it was a hot, cramped trip up and back. The drive time was supposed to be four hours one-way (with an hour break for breakfast and 45 minutes for dinner) but we ended up driving 6-1/2 hours to Detroit and about 5 hours back. We made, and lost, a little money, enjoyed a good lunch, talked to a bunch of nice people and enjoyed spotting animals along the way.
