Saw groundhogs and squirrels
Tony, Joan, Roxanne and I rode into Pittsburgh today to run some errands and have some pierogies for lunch at Pierogies Plus. The potato and cheese pierogies were the best, but we also tried sauerkraut and potato and ground meat mixture pierogies, cabbage rolls and haluski.
In the evening, we went up to Toby, Janet and Olivia’s house. Their home is up on top of a hill that overlooks large, beautiful country home estates (many with horses) and part of Beaver Creek State Park. At this time of year, the trees and grounds are lush and green. We had another short rainstorm while we visited but no thunder and lightning show.
